The ARC welcomes Universities going to Tourney - Wednesday 10th March 2010
Pilgrimage to the University Games rowing events this year is at Lake Waihola (Dunedin) .There is a strong representation from both Universities along with from their own clubs. Please welcome the AUBC to our shed for the next few weeks.
Spring Clean in the Autumn - Tuesday 9th March 2010
The Clubhouse is looking a bit shabby. We all use the facility so let's all make it back to something a bit presentable. 17th April we will require 6-10 people from each affiliate, leasee and Club members to wash windows, scrub, weed, clean roof, sweep clubhouse, scrub toilets and showers. Also the asphalt and ramp could do with a good clean-up as well. Please be prepared, we all use the place, "they" are mythical.
Rowers Nationals Party - Tuesday 9th March 2010
For all those who attended the National Championships this year, there's a lamb on the spit for you - Clubhouse, 5pm, Sat 20th March. Drinks will consist of beer, wine and some lolly water, plus of course the necessary orange juice and water. All for a miserly fee of $10 (to be confirmed). Who's going to be the DJ with some decent sounds?
